New FCT project – ChemiTumorTher

We are thrilled to kick-off the ChemiTumorTher project, hosted by the Chemistry Research Unit of University of Porto / Faculty of Sciences and led by Luís Silva. We participate in this project via LAQV@REQUIMTE and FFUP.

This project arises from an ongoing cooperation between our group and Luís’s and will focus on the development of noew anticancer drugs having marine molecules as starting materials, mostly those with luminescent properties.

We have opened a position for a Researcher and the work will start in May!
