Brief bio: Artem Drogalin was born in Dzerzhinsk (Russia). Obtained his Lic. degree in chemistry (2017) and M.Sc degree in Medicinal Chemistry (2019) in University of Minho (Portugal). Elaborated his master thesis in laboratory asymmetric organic chemistry of sugars in the synthesis of swainsonine analogues from protected D-erythrose. Currently continuing his master’s work in PhD of Applied Chemistry supported by grant of Portuguese Chemical Society
Research interests: Organic synthesis, Computational chemistry, NMR Spectroscopy, Asymmetric synthesis
